📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient retail processes.
• Train and develop retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using POS systems like Shopify or Lightspeed.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the consumer electronics or smart home industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar.
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
