📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all culinary operations, including kitchen staff, inventory, and food preparation.,Ensure the highest quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Deliver exceptional dining experiences to customers.,Manage special events and catering services as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
