Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding according to hotel policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and meeting spaces to ensure they are always welcoming and inviting.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to achieve optimal results.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel environment.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures, equipment, and products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
