In this critical role, you will be the frontline guardian of our workforce, implementing and enforcing rigorous HSE protocols to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. With a focus on proactive risk management and continuous improvement, you will work closely with project teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.

As an HSE/K3 Officer at JPC Indonesia, you will leverage your expertise in HSE management, including familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and safety management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Your daily tasks will include conducting safety inspections, training workers on HSE procedures, and developing comprehensive safety plans tailored to each project's unique challenges.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety plans, work procedures, and emergency response protocols for construction projects.
• Provide on-site HSE training and orientation to workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, conducting root cause analyses and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and pollution control.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards, including Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum (PerMen PU).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with safety management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
