📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Support the Store Manager in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive store performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
