📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team and individual success.
  • Participate in product launches and promotional events to support brand growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
