📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Manage the schedule and workflow of dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.Coordinate with dental laboratory and other external vendors to ensure timely delivery of dental materials and equipment.Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as clinic policies and procedures.Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Manage and maintain clinic records, including patient charts, appointment schedules, and financial records.Provide training and support to dental staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and dental management systems.Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as clinic policies and procedures.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.🛠️ Keahlian
