📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
