Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Officer - Manufacturing (Direct Hire)

Information Professionals is seeking a dedicated Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Officer to join our manufacturing team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety, health, and environmental matters.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and update safety, health, and environmental documentation and records.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Safety, Health, or Environmental Management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.
