📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet the required standards.,Identifying and documenting defects or issues in the production process.,Collaborating with the production team to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.,Maintaining detailed records of quality control activities and results.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.,Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements.,Training and mentoring junior QC inspectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations.
