📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and resources to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.,Develop and implement production plans and schedules.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall performance.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
