📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand our market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform business strategies.
• Manage and oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the sustainable industry.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
