📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Review financial statements, transactions, and records to identify discrepancies and potential fraud.,Conduct interviews and surveys with employees to gather information for audit purposes.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to ensure consistency and quality in audit activities.,Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in managing audit projects and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
