📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BLUD operations.
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of BLUD activities in collaboration with various government agencies and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of BLUD services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery and implement targeted solutions.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize the utilization of funds and ensure financial sustainability of BLUD operations.
• Foster strong relationships with private sector partners and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery and citizen satisfaction.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung Islands in national and international forums to advance the cause of public service delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the BLUD team to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public administration, project management, or strategic planning in the government sector.
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of BLUD regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
