📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier relationships.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Leverage advanced sourcing tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms to streamline procurement activities and enhance data accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to ensure reliable and competitive sourcing solutions.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed decisions and optimize procurement costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sourcing activities with supply chain operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in global sourcing.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of cost savings and efficiency gains.
• In-depth knowledge of global sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.
• Certification in professional sourcing (e.g., CPSM, CSP, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
