• Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and coaching to employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on training program evaluations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR training and development.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and development, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Certification in HR training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using HR training software such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
