Code Smart Corporindo is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent project management skills. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.,Oversee the work of engineers, technicians, and other project team members.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports.,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven experience in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
