In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our retail sales team in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
