Asia Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Production Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain operational efficiency.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and address any issues or non-conformities.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent performance and knowledge retention.,Monitor and report on production metrics and KPIs to management.,Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with GMP and ISO standards is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
