📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and ethical recruitment practices.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesia's job market and local talent pools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
