📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Manage store layouts and shelf presentations to meet brand standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective product placement and display.
• Conduct regular store audits to monitor merchandising standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest retail trends and best practices to continuously enhance merchandising strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Provide training and support to store staff on merchandising techniques and brand standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on merchandising strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, visual merchandising, or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using merchandising software such as Visual Merchandiser, Shelf Talker, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with store managers and sales teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
