📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting operations for all Mad Monkey Hostels locations in Bali,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts,Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations,Prepare and maintain accounting records and documents,Assist in the annual audit process and prepare for external audits,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospitality or service industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
