📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
