📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners and multimeters.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to sedans, SUVs, and commercial vehicles.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Keep detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of service requests.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
• Familiarity with automotive repair software such as Autel, Snap-on, or similar.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including but not limited to, engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
