GA & HSE Supervisor - Process Engineering & Safety Compliance

Griya Miesejati is seeking a dynamic and experienced GA & HSE Supervisor to lead our Process Engineering, General Affairs, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives in Jakarta Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance with industry standards. As a GA & HSE Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and implement robust safety protocols to protect our team and the environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Implement and enforce HSE protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Manage and maintain administrative systems, including document control and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance safety awareness and compliance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operations and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Process Engineering or General Affairs department.
• Proven experience in HSE management and compliance.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using administrative software such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
