📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the wood manufacturing plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor production processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the wood manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including wood drying, milling, and finishing.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
